Amita – Thats a wonderful thought. Its simple actually . You take a snapshot picture of a student by doing a Personality assessment through Handwriting analysis. Identify the strengths and give more room for the student to use and excel using those strengths boosting his Confidence and self esteem. Identify the weaknesses and get his/her teachers to work on them – to minimize, Eliminate or correct them. The continuing evaluation will keep telling you if they Improved and if the Student gets a better score at the end of the year – you would have done a great service to each one of them
